I tried several ways of Barbeque-ing, pork ribs before but this is the one recipe that got some good reviews from my biased customers (family and friends).
1) wash pork ribs
2) pat dry with paper towel
3) apply a little olive oil (using paper towel soaked olive oil)
4)dry rub pork ribs with your favorite seasonings....mine is Pappy's barbeque seasoning
5)cover dry rubbed pork ribs with golden brown sugar (liberal amount) to trap the moisture and aroma from dry rub
6) set over to 400 degrees
7) place pork ribs in flat tray fror broiling.
8) add at least 3/4 cup of water in the tray and cover with aluminum foil
9) broil for at least 1 1/2 hours
10 bring out from oven then barbeque for 10 minutes for charred look and taste
11) baste with your favorite barbeque sauce
12) pork rib should be really soft and tender and tasty.
