It is well known that Cebu gave Pres. Gloria Arroyo the biggest winning margin in the last Presidential election. The winning margin of over one million votes propelled PGMA to another six years in Malacanang. PGMA will be forever known as one of the most corrupt if not the most corrupt President of the Philippines even surpassing Marcos. It will take time before we will find out the extent of corruption that happened during Gloria Arroyo's presidential tenure.
This the reason why Mrs. Arroyo has no intention at all to leave politics. She wants to make sure that she will be protected by her allies once elected in the Congress. She has all the intention to become the Speaker of the House and maybe the Prime Minister once the Constitution is changed. By this she will be assured that nobody will have any chance of going after her and her abusive family.
One of her plan is to saturate the Congress with here allies and to do this she planned all along to bastardize the Party-list system. We have a lot of Party-list that are being funded discreetly by Malacanang and whose nominees are either relatives or Malacanang appointees. We know that COMELEC is a lame duck Department. They are a powerless/toothless branch of the government. They agree to whatever Malacanang wants.
What happened to our country can be attributed directly or indirectly to the more than one million votes (winning margin) that the Cebuano voters had given Mrs. Arroyo. They had given this government another six years of corruption and political excesses.
However, I am still optimistic that the Cebuanos will be a smarter voters this time. I know that they will vote for somebody that will guide our country to a better future.
THIS WOULD BE LAST ELECTION I CAN CONDEMN THAT WE FILIPINO IS A KIND OF WEAK, LAME, IDIOT KIND OF HUMAN RACE, WE CAN NOT LEARN , WE CAN NOT ORGANIZE.. WE DON'T WANT TO UNDERGO DESCIPLINE, WE DON'T WANT TO FOLLOW RULES, AND MOST OF ALL WE DON'T TREASURE THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISION IN OUR LIFE, TO CHOSE THE RIGHT LEADER.. IT JUST A MATTER OF DECISION TO WHOM TO VOTE, THEY DON'T KNOW IT AFFECT THE REST OF OUR LIVES.. WE SELL OUR VOTES JUST TO LIVE FOR TODAY... AND WE KEEP ON COMPLAIN OUR LEADERS WHO IS CORRUPT.. IT IS JUST A REFLECTION OF OUR PERSONALITY. FELLOW FILIPINO PLS VOTE THIS TIME ACCORDING TO THEIR TRACK RECORDS AND ANALYZE THEIR PERSONALITY WHO CAN LEAD AND CAN PUSH THE PEOPLE THRU PROGRESS.. OHTERWISE FILIPINO RACE WILL BE KNOWN TO THE WORLD AS SLAVES, IDIOTS AND THE MOST PAINFUL WE CAN BE CALLED AS SUB-HUMAN... SHAME TO THE WORLD... DESTINY IS A MATTER OF CHOICE.. AND CHOICE MATTERS WHO WE ARE..
